In the afternoon, I go back to the sports center because my next workout starts at 15:30. Before I start exercising, I have a snack. I prefer a bowl of yogurt or a portion of fruit. I leave the sports center at 18:00 and I go home to have dinner with my family. I have a lot of friends. I sometimes meet my friends after dinner and spend some time with them. Having good relations with people is a good thing in life. In the evening, I do yoga before going to bed. That way I have a good night’s sleep. I go to bed at 23:00.
