Pursuant to New York state freedom of information Law, articles 6 of the public officer Law, and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey policy on freedom of information found on the Port Authority website.I am making a request for a copy of all gross receipts submitted by swissport from January 2012 through December 2012 which were received by each of the following Privilege permits at John F. Kennedy international Airport and LaGuardia Airport. Important note: The account receivable division of the Port Authority receives gross receipts report from each tenant at the airport.If any part or all of the material is withheld under any FOIA exemption, please identify the type of information withheld and mark any delete sections. Please provide the name and address of the person or body to whom an appeal should be directed.
