DERMAPEN® PROCEDURES | CONSULTATION NEW! Dermapen® is a fractional micro-needling device that is used to treat acne scars, surgical scars, pores size, and general skin rejuvenation. The number of recommended treatments varies depending on the condition. For scarring, 6-8 treatment (4 weeks apart) are ideal. It takes more than one treatment to begin to notice the difference in your skin. For general skin rejuvenation, 4-5 treatments are usually recommended (4 weeks apart). Receive a 10% discount when you prepay for three (3) treatments, or 15% discount with prepayment of five (5).

SPA ETIQUETTEPlease arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment

to allow additional time for check-in and to ensure you receive

your full service. Should a situation arise that makes a late arrival

unavoidable, please contact The Spa immediately. Arriving late

may limit your treatment time or may result in rescheduling

your appointment. Upon arrival, we ask that you be courteous

to other guests and kindly turn off all mobile devices.

CANCELLATION POLICYIf an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, or you no-show,

you WILL be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its

effectiveness and your pleasure. Even if you arrive late, your

treatment will end on time so as not to inconvenience the next

guest, and the full treatment price will apply.

We encourage you to schedule your Spa services well in

advance, whenever possible, to ensure the widest selection of

treatments and appointment times. To preserve the relaxing

environment of The Spa, we do ask that you turn off your cell

phone and other electronic devices while visiting The Spa.

Gift cards should be treated like cash and must be
