I am sure our new journey will engage us, and enrich our relationships. Transition is exciting even if it challenges our assumptions. But, in the end we will create experiences impacting our youth, empowering our families and inspiring meaningful Jewish lives. Tikkun Olam: Repair our World • Three week unit in Spring focused on social justice themes leading up to Passover and Mitzvah Day • Opportunities to learn about and engage with community organizations and TBE’s active Social Action Committee • Social Justice focus for Grades 9-10 and trip to Religious Action Center L’Taken Seminar • March in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade (instead of coming on Sunday!)
