Antipsychotika nicht wirken oder nicht vertragen wurden
– Initial sedierend

Interaktionen:
– hepatisch metabolisiert (CYP 1A2, CYP 3A4)
– Lithium, Risperidon, Carbamazepin, Rauchen ...
Nebenwirkungen:
– Agranulozytose, Neutropenie!
– Senkt Krampfschwelle, bei schneller Aufdosierung Delir,
– Häufig: Metabolisches Syndrom +++, vegetative NW
– Gelegentlich: Lebernekrose, Pankreatitis
– Selten: Arrythmien, Kardiomyopathien, Myokarditis, Perikarditis

– Wenn maignes neuroleptisches Syndrom ausgeschlossen: Lorazepam +
