A modern day parable: There once was a man who needed to talk with someone about his issue with a product he recently purchased. He called the company to get his issue resolved. The company gave him a “choose your own adventure” on the phone...giving him many choices of which path to choose. He attempted to choose wisely, but ultimatly he was eaten by the dragon!
