ofconsciousnessofthefactthatitisbecauseofourownwayof

thinkingorlackthereofthatcausesmostofourownmiseries.Mansactionsareamanifestofhisthoughtsoneverylevelof

life.Weusuallylaytheblameforourconditionstooutside

sources,yettheirbirthstemsfromourchoiceofactionsboth

negativeandpositive.

Inordertocorrectthatstigma,wehavetodevelopourmental

alongthelinesofpositiveprincipals.Thatbecomethe

foundationofhowweperceivelife.Italwaysbeginswithwhatyouknow(Gnosis),thatlevelofknowledgeaffordsfor

intellectualgrowth.Manhoodcannotbeproperlymeasured

throughphysicalbehaviorsthatarebasedonourbaseor

animalinstinct.Thereisapotentialthatresidesinus,thatwe

failtoenhanceorrecognizedotoignoranceofitbeingthere.

anger,hate,frustration,etc.otherthenlogic,reason,clear

understandourselvesonawhole.Fromthetimeweareyoung

men,weareforeverseekingtogroworbewhatweimagine

ourselvestobe.Yetwithoutthatfoundationofwhatitiswe

are;allourdreamingisjustthat,dreaming.Wehavetobringourselvesintoconsciousnessofthoughttoactiontoactuate

thatwhichwewanttobe,andhowtheworldonawhole

receivesus.Weshalleitherbeanimalorhuman,foeorfriend,

theabove,wewillbegintocombatthatfalseidentification.We

wantmoreoutoflife,soitrequiresustocommittothat

determinedchangeofthinking.

Sowhatnextshouldwedo?Weshouldbeadoptingtoolsofthemind,thatwillallowustoforgeandshapeourmental.To

createwithinourselvesastateofconsciousnessfortifiedby

principalsthatcultivatesthemind.Toelevateourselves

beyondthatlowerself.Sowecanfindbalance(peace)within

ourdailylives.Itallstartswithus,andshallendwithus.

13. "These tools remind me of the ones we handle inthe workshop of the mind where things

were made of thought and where we build upcharacter.

14. We use the square to measure all our lines, to

straighten out the crooked places of the way,and make the corners of our conduct square.

This is meaning to make right our mental state orcondition. To correct the thoughts that becomeactions, and that which defines us as a person. So wehave our first tool, we now must add the principal of

what a square is; and use it as a means of formingour thoughts. Discipline of the mind, and control

over not just what we think, but how we executethose thoughts. What is a carpenter? The Americanheritage dictionary defines it as; A person who

builds or repairs wooden structures, as houses,scaffolds, or shelving. The key this definition is aperson who builds or repairs.

You have to have tools ( principals ) and material (

knowledge ) , and a plan ( blueprint ) to know whatto build. So we are setting that up just by youreading this. This is a blue print; which is a design to

be used to create. In this case it is to create a betteryou. build means : To construct by assembling andjoining parts or materials.

In the earlier part of this treaties, I expressed thatyou are a manifest of the all made flesh. That thebody is the temple that houses the spirit; and thatspirit is infinite. When your thinking is a limited to

the lower self, it is impossible to see that fullestpotential that you naturally have been born with.

We miss this because we are rarely rightly taught viaall sorts of misinformation about who and whatman is. So taking on that character of a carpenter,

you assemble your tools ( principals and creed ) inyour tool box ( mind ). To repair the house or templeof your mind.

James Allen: Chapter 2: Effects of thoughts oncircumstances. A mans mind may be likened to agarden, which may be intelligently cultivated orallowed to run wild; but whether cultivated orneglected, it must, and will bring forth. If no usefulseeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless

weed-seeds will fall therein, and will continue toproduce their kind.

Meaning that is you are not consciously tending tothe garden ( mind ), and the thoughts that you allowto take root there. They will eventually grow to thepositive or negative. You have to be active inlearning ( cultivating ) and developing your mental.

You must discipline your self via the things youflood you minds with. Doing so is a art in of it self.

Gradually you will erect a edifice ( Character ) notbuilt with hands nor sound of an axe, beautiful inthe heavens above ( mind ).

This is important in order for you to move forward,so along with the above at the end of this will be a

list of principals and mental tools define to live within your daily travels through life. Continuing on; it ismore than just being able to able to read this youmust commit to your own self improvement. By that

commitment you will constantly find your selfgrowing become more the man you want to be, asoppose to being the man that is not self directed.

This illusion of the world, is that ideology of thatyour life is just the now, just this moment in the vastspan of time. That you are merely just your flesh,and that there is no more out side of that. Which it isand illusion, and mere mis-educated distractionfrom that fact that you are so much more. Thatsociety doesnt dictate life to you. that through yourown mental development. You can in fact forge your

own destiny. You can take charge of your life, andbring about the results as you envision them to be.Is it easy or will just fall into you lap? No, it takes

will power, knowledge , and commitment to thework it takes to accomplish the goal. Your first goalis you, secondly the goal of how you want you to live,

third the goal to surround your self with thosethings which are in alignment to those goals you setfor your self. Let no material thing define you, bethat master of self. You define what material thing

best reflects your new found self.

your freedoms. Then a weakened self -perceptionwould only bring about, a bad aspect result of the

circumstances of your life. Strengthen it, and it willproduce for you a positive aspect of life andcircumstance.

You will be tested, and it is up to you, and thebuilding of the strength of mind. As to whether youpass the test of fail. Life is designed that way, tomake all in all stronger. This is character building,this is your moment to be that which you want, this

18. We use the plane to smooth the rough, uneven

surfaces of joint, and block, and board that go tobuild the temple for the truth.

19. The chisel, line, the plummet and the saw allhave their uses in the workshop of the mind.
