CUPCAKE CELEBRATION & SEND OFF Jim and Andrea Ewert have been accepted with Wycliffe
Bible Translators to help on a short term project. They will
be leaving March 1st to help at the Language Institute in
Dallas. Some of their responsibilities will include admissions,
registration, records, and graduation. They plan to return to us
in mid-June. Come celebrate this big step in their lives on
Wednesday, February 22, at 8:00 p.m., in the basement
fellowship hall. We will have an informal come & go time of
wishing them well and sharing in their excitement over this
new venture. God is working in our midst here at Union Valley!
COMING IN MARCH Bill and Jennifer Hildenbrand will be here visiting us on
March 5. They are currently on “Home Assignment” at John
Brown University. Bill will be speaking at both morning
worship services.

COUPLES/MEN’S RETREATS Family Life’s “Weekend to Remember” marriage getaway
in Overland Park Marriott February 24-26, 2017. There are
a few registration pamphlets left on the foyer table.
Dr. Greg and Erin Smalley will be presenting “Crazy Little
Thing Called Marriage” at the Hesston High School on
Saturday, April 1st. Registration deadline is March 19th.
A flyer is posted on the bulletin board.
KSCSB Man Up Conference is on March 10-11 at Webster
Conference Center in Salina, KS. The theme is “This
Means War.” Conference is open for all those men who are
7th grade on up. For sign up and details see Pastor Jason.
