A Level History - Summer Work• Task 1. Read the article “A life in chains”. Use the article and subheadings to
produce a resource that investigates Slavery in the Southern States of America. This should focus on conditions for slaves and the economic motivation behind slavery. Additional research is expected.
• Task 2. To complete a research project into the early life of Henry VIII between 1491 and 1509 (before he was king). This is a context project!
