Dividend Policy

Proposed a cash dividend of 0.25 cents per

ordinary share for FY2016

Proposed an annual dividend payout of between 10% to 20% of its profit after income tax attributable to shareholders*

* Dividend payout is subject to (a) the level of cash, gearing, return on equity and retained earnings; (b) expected financial performance; (c) projected levels of capital expenditure and other investment

plans; (d) restrictions on the payment of dividends that may be imposed by the Group’s financing arrangements; and (e) such other factors that the Directors deem appropriate. The declaration and

payment of dividends is determined at the sole discretion of the Board.
