Md. Shahidul Ahsan has established himself as an icon in the business sector of the country with

Mr. Md. Abul Hasan Mia is the Managing Director of AG Property Developments Ltd. and

Regent Holdings Development Ltd. He is also a Director of AG Hi-Tech Ltd. He was born in a

respectable Muslim family of Kamargram, Faridpur. Basically, Mr. Hasan is a Banker having a

long and successful track record of 18 years in different private sector commercial Banks.

Mr. Hasan is an MBA (F&A) and also an M.Com (Accounting ). He started his career in the

year 1991 with Arab Bangladesh Bank Ltd. (AB Bank) as a Probationary Officer. He then passed

a long way in Banking and served as the Manager for 10 (Ten) years in several Branches of five

commercial Banks.

Mr. Hasan, after leaving the job started business in the Real Estate Sector. He has already

acquired a huge sustainable knowledge in the sector and has established him as a well known

face in the Real Estate business community. Mr. Hasan has keen initiatives in social works and

the field of education. He is a life Donor Member of his native High School and College.

AG Ship Breaking Industries involves in breaking up of ships for scrap green

recycling. AG Ship Breaking Industries is located in Chittagong, commercial and

port city of Bangladesh nearby the coastal strip.

Green ship breaking and environment are not two incompatible concepts.

AG Ship Breaking Industries holds all necessary environmental approvals for

scrapping ships and handling of toxic waste from them. All metals are recycled, and

waste is destroyed or deposited according to environmental legislation.
