A hilarious musical has arrived at OxleyTWENTY-FIVE Oxley Col-lege students will present ‘The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,’ and it will have you in laughter.

Based on the book by Rachel Sheinkin, Director Phil Cunich said the show will be a musical comedy about a fictional spelling bee that takes place in a middle school.

Parent and Oxley College staff member Rani Ritchie said the production would have you in laughter.

“It is hilarious! All of the cast do such an incredible job in their individual roles. What a quirky bunch of characters they play. It is well worth it, suited to all ages, and won’t disappoint. Who doesn’t love a good spelling bee!” she said.

The production will run from Thursday, March 22 to Saturday, March 24.

The production will be performed at Oxley College’s Hoskins Hall, Railway Pa-rade, Burradoo.

Director Phil Cunich said the music and lyrics by William Flyn are extremely catchy and will be performed by a live band. Get your feet ready to dance along.
