Following cast of 6 elegant, rich ladies around London. Big Production, 3

crews daily. Reporting to BBC Worldwide USA. Used EASE Finance package, &

learnt BBC Protocol and Systems. Intensive work, but hugely enjoyable.

Jun 2014 – Sep 2014 Red Productions Company Ltd – Highly successful Production Company I worked on

Progs 1-3 of S3 of Last Tango in Halifax – 3 x hour long drama for BBC. Huge cast,

Production Staff and intense work. Located to Manchester to work with an assistant.

Second 3 programmes of the series, they used in-house staff. Multi million pound

budget, reported weekly.

Oct 2012 – May 2014 Attaboy TV Ltd – Popular Indie Company, making highly rated Discovery programmes

and series such as Wheeler Dealers. I worked part time and training in-house staff. I

helped them on getting systems into place and left the Company to focus on Drama.

Nov 2013 – Jan 2014 Boom Pictures/Delightful Industries – The Walshes The Comedy Pilot was picked up

by BBC4/RTE and became a 3x30mins part comedy drama. Written by Graham Linehan

and filmed at Pinewood. Large crew, reported weekly.

Aug 2013 – Oct 2013 Two Brothers Pictures – Pilot comedy drama for Channel 4 along the lines of Kickass,

meets the Office.

Jul 2013 – Aug 2013 Boom Pictures/Delightful Industries – A short comedy pilot for ITV 22 mins of original

drama, hopeful to become a series in October.

shoot. . Only contracted to after the shoot then handed it to in-house accountants.

5 Families living in historical settings. Lone role, full time, with an assistant. Used

Navision and Reconciled with Excel – working closely with the Line Producer. Multi

million pound budget and £88k petty cash expenditure.

intense comedy talent show, on location, whittling down the talent. Big budget, and huge

production. 7 x 1 hr episodes. Set up studio/set with audience, in each location so intense

organisation required to keep up to date with expenditure. Change of line producer half

way, so had to step in and update the cost manager and the accounts.

June 2008 – Jan 2011 Warp Television - I’ve done a few things for Warp – A documentary feature called

‘Complete History of my sexual failures’2008, a low budget feature ‘She, a Chinese’

2009 – 6 week shoot 3 weeks in China, 3 in UK. Post sound in France, post Film in

Germany. Multi-currency and funding came from lots of varied funders in various

currencies. Produced the accounts for the audit as well.

productions. Continued Company accounts and all productions,(Sex tips for girls 2001,

Supernanny 2001, Born to be Different, Selling houses, No going back, Living in the

I joined in Mar’97 and dealt with all aspects of accounting including production accounting, payroll, audit preparation, year-end schedules, etc. I

worked on many documentaries and drama-documentaries, which ranged in budget and difficulty, with multi-currency. Mostly completed manually,

which made you very adept at finding errors! Manual was very time consuming. Programmes include – Israel and the Arabs, 50 years war,

1998/9, End game in Ireland 2001, Playing the China card 1999. Helped to set up computerised accounts with Ashok Shah, financial controller.
