Todd 05/09/2010 Petertoddpoet.com We are blessed with flowers as they bloom in May Just as we are given earthly angels in Life They can be young or approaching golden days Single mothers, aunt’s grandmothers or devoted wife Cooking and preparing meals for their beloved Making sure the children are properly dressed Praying for guidance from their creator above As they wipe a child’s brow in tender caress A guiding hand with words of praise For all that we in life endeavor to do Gifted mother’s with wisdom to convey Helping us to have our dreams come true We give you the praise dear Father above For the gift of their heritage and dedication We also give thanks to those mother’s we’ve loved Who abide in your Mansion not made with hands? But of your creation
