We like to share and communicate throughout a project and include our clients as much as possible.

Each website project down into the following stages:Planning Our first task is to work with you to create a proposed structure of the new site and provide you with a site map. Creative Next we move on to making it look pretty! Based on the approved structure we will create static designs for every template that is required. This stage has x2 rounds of amends included in the cost. Development Once the design is signed off we move over to the build, when this is done and tested we will populate the site based on content supplied by you. We will provide a link to the finished site from our demo server for you to test and approve.Live On approval and cleared final payment we will make your site live.

Website hosting & maintenance. To make your (and our) life easier we have acquired our own dedicated hosting service... hostingtastic!

We offer all website hosting to all our clients and can provide different levels of service to suit your site’s requirements.

We strongly recommend using our hosting services as it avoids the many technical snags that can occur with 3rd party hosting. However, we are happy to work with any service you may already have in place.

Every site we host requires a maintenance pack in order to ensure the security of your site and our servers.

Our premium pack also covers you for extra work you may wish to have carried out, on the site, further along the line.

Spread your payments.We break up the billing of each website project into the following stages

One 50% of project cost to be invoiced and cleared in order to commence project

Two 30% of project cost to be invoiced on completion of design concepts

Three Final 20% of project cost to be invoiced on completion of build and funds cleared in order to make the site live
