A Green Deal ProviderA Green Deal Provider must:– comply with the Green Deal Code of Practice– sign up to the Green Deal Arrangements Agreement– hold a valid CCA licence– provide protection for customers – register with the Oversight Body

A Green Deal Advisor
Green Deal Advisor must:
• meet requirements in National Occupational Standards (NOS)
• be employed by an organisation certified by UKAS • comply with the Code of Practice• be registered with the Oversight Body• be trained to do Green Deal Advice reports

Green Deal InstallersA Green Deal installer must:
– Be certified by an accredited certification body– PAS 2030:2012– Comply with the Code of Practice– Registered on the Green Deal register
Considerations:
– installers who meet standards will not need additional training
– certification body will register a company free for first 2 years
– certification bodies will charge for audits – DECC invested £2.5 million for up-skilling
