A good Leader will always be respected

“Effective leaders allow great people to do the work, they were born to do.”

It is a general conception that strictness and harshness is necessary to maintain discipline. If

you are good leader like if you are allowing your Subordinates to be open to share their views,

you never scold them, you respect your Subordinate’s idea, you ask them to leave at 6 then

the whole scenario will be mismanaged. Subordinates will have no respect for the leader and

they will put a deaf ear to a leader’s order.

This all means that good, healthy and friendly relations between a leader and Subordinate

will ruin the corporate management. Is this statement really true? If you have asked me this

earlier then my answer will be of course Yes, but now my reply is no because I have found a

leader who is a friend, philosopher and guide, who is never strict, who is polite always… still

every subordinate respects him, follows his each and every instruction and Subordinates

never disobey his single order. They are ready to work for him whether it is early morning or

mid night.

“People want to know they matter and they want to be treated as people.”

All love his leadership style, way of talking, manner of working and most important of all his

politeness and sincerity.

It has never happened that a single project has been delayed or his goodness has become a

hurdle to the path of success.

“The best people don’t need to be managed, they need to guided, taught, led

but not tightly managed.”

So it is not such that if a leader is good then everything will be bad. In fact if a leader is polite

then workplace will be a fun place and Subordinates will always respect their leader. The need

is to implement this style in the right manner with a positive approach in mind.

I am really fortunate that I am working under such great leadership, Hope the same for you…
