Philippe Baltz Nielsen is a cosmopolitan man with an
extremely diverse cultural background. German born, he also
has Danish and French Citizenships. Philippe today is a self-
made visionary man with varied interests and a passion for
innovation and creativity. Philippe’s career began within the
hospitality and entertainment industry. He later tapped into
his creative side by creating the establishment of Circle of
Beautiful People (CBP) community.
One of the world’s most exclusive social media networking
communities on Facebook today. For the past six years he has been assembling outgoing
and like-minded people from the luxury industries. His unique communication skills
enabled him to draw on the strengths of a fully integrated unique social network platform

d'Artagnan served Louis XIV as captain of the
Musketeers of the Guard during the Siege of
Maastricht in the Franco-Dutch War. D’Artagnan
died 25th June, 1673 and was about 60 years
old; he was buried in Maastricht.
Thanks to renowned author Alexandre Dumas
d’Artagnan’s inspirational legend not only lives
on, but grows. Today his descendants belong to
one of the most aristocratic families in France.
Our objective is to encourage his legacy through
the d’Artagnan Academy contributing an open avenue for the spirited voices and actions of

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: All Circle Knight Sponsors are to gather in Scotland 2018. As
members of our committee, you will be directly involved in planning a total of two
philanthropic gala events set for 2018; after the launch event meeting in Scotland. Also at
that time, the location and dates of other events planned for 2018 and beyond will be decided
by the newly formed committee. We will be planning a total of four events per year. Our
typical gala events would be hosted for approximately 350-500 VIP guests with event costs
provided by CBP International.
The Gathering will be an alliance of partnerships among a select few to include the world’s
most respected companies, celebrities, press media, individuals and NGOs. The aim is to
increase the support of philanthropic events around the globe, moving then from what they
are today to what they can become tomorrow with our support.
1. Invitation to “The Gathering 2018”, produced by Circle of Beautiful People International
and presented by its committee of CIRCLE KNIGHT SPONSORS
2. CIRCLE KNIGHT SPONSORS will become a part of the committee. This committee
makes present and future decisions regarding select philanthropic efforts hosted by
CBP International
3. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS company logos will be prominently
placed on CBP Int’l philanthropic event brochures, VIP invitations, press kits and all
relevant forms of each events marketing and communications that take place before,
during and after the event to include print, branded commercial videos customized by
LUXO A+ TV Channel and the Internet.
4. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS during press conferences and junkets there
will be access and to a dedicated publicity corner station.
5. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS company profile will be included in
event information/publicity leaflet(s) as well as in the press kit.
6. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS will obtain VIP invitations for 2 to the
“The Gathering 2018”, which will be hosted at an esteemed Castle in Scotland. VIP
invitation includes: flight into and return from UK Airport in business or first class
based upon airline availability. VIP transportation from UK Airport * Glasgow to the
castle will be provided, accommodations will be one of the castles royal suites; all
beverages, breakfast, lunch, dinners, parties, excursions, and entertainment are
included.
7. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS will be represented at “The Gathering
2018” by prominent placement of their company logos on a stand in the hall of the
castle while the castle personal staff welcomes each guest.

8. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS will have a personal butler at their
disposal during their stay at the castle for “The Gathering 2018”.
9. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS company branded commercial videos
customized by LUXO A+ TV Channel will run on mega screens at the beginning of each
dinner, and celebration.
10. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS company logos will also be included at the
opening and closing of all promotional commercials related to the event.
11. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS logos will be displayed on the homepage
of the CBP Int’l website, www.circleofbeautifulpeople.com, and CBP Int’l social media
sites to include Facebook, LinkedIn, MILJONET where information regarding “The
Gathering 2018” is posted.
12. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS will be included in a private photo shoot.
These exclusive photos may be used for your own advertisement campaigns.
13. CIRCLE KNIGHT & CIRCLE GOLD SPONSORS will receive 1 VIP membership business
card * Valuable for five staff executives allowing them to access a VIP price trim of up to
75% off on supreme lifestyle products and services. The VIP membership card will also
provide access to extraordinary events, society socializing, beautiful people jet setting
and networking on a global scale.

This “The GATHERING 2018 in Scotland” Sponsorship Contract (the “Contract”) states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between _____________________ having its principal place of business at ____________________________________________ (the “Sponsor”), and Circle of Beautiful People International (the “Host”) who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Host is conducting “The GATHERING 2018 in Scotland” designed especially to celebrate the influential beauty of our distinctive group of sponsors, on ________________________ _________, 2018 (the “Event”); and
WHEREAS, the Sponsor agrees to sponsor the Event according to the terms and conditions herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, the Company and the Sponsor (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows:
Contribution

Term/Termination
