Programs can hold 500 steps and each step can hold 10 parallel motion sequences Stacking and part arrays – each cycle can have up to 9 different stacking areas with differing positions. Inserts can be picked from a single point, a pallet grid or multiple stations.

Reject Parts – using the reject part signal from the molding machine, the robot can place bad parts in a different area and stop the machine if rejects continue. Inspection program – places parts in an inspection position after a programmed number of cycles.
