How to make Zucchini pie(by Mathieu K.)

You will need

● 1 shortcrust● 2 zucchinis● 75 g bacon strip ● 1 onion● 1 egg ● 2 tsp of « crème fraîche »(thick soured cream).● 10 cl milk● 1 tsp olive oil● Salt , pepper and Provençal herbs

Turn the dough blond

Peel the zucchinis

Cut the zucchinis into dice

Brown them with olive oil

Mix egg, milk and crème fraîche (thick soured cream).

Add bacon strip, zukkinis and creamabove it . Bake it 30 minutes with

the oven at 180 ° C
