The Compass Part of the Courageous Conversation about Race equity protocol
● Protocol for engaging in conversations about equity
● 25 years old; Began in Oakland ● Used in other countries (New Zealand;
Australia, etc.) ● Used by advertising/media agencies ● One of the resources being explored
by the district Equity Steering committee (along with M.I., RJ., etc)
