THE FACTSR OYA LT I E S • You will pay royalties and fees on gross sales minus VAT.• The royalties are 7% and the advertising is 4%.

rent, outlet size and equipment.• An initial investment of circa €70,000 liquid cash is enough for most store

projects, provided you have access to a lending Bank.

T Y P I CA L STA RT U P COSTS• Quiznos Sub franchises are good value for money. Typically, the start-up cost

ranges from approximately €150,000 - €180,000 depending on store size.• This price includes a franchise fee of €12,500 plus VAT as well the cost of

design and construction, equipment, a point of sale system, menu boards and neon signs, estate agents’ and solicitors’ fees, and an opening advertising campaign.

• The franchise agreement lasts 10 years and is renewable.
