radio personality and the author of three cookbooks.

She is an entertaining guru, lifestyle authority,

cooking teacher, home restoration expert, registered

nurse, popular guest chef and presenter for food

and wine festivals—and passionately dedicated to

the celebration of home and family.

JiM DoDge is a renowned pastry chef and author,

and has been a great influence on American cuisine

in the past 20 years. Since 2004, he has been Bon Appétit director of specialty culinary programs. He

has been contributing editor to several prominent

publications including the revised Joy of Cooking, Food & Wine and Cooks Illustrated. Jim has received

numerous honors, including a James Beard Award

for Excellence in 2005.
