Osmaston Community Association of Residents (OSCAR)

The Problem :Large housing estate in Derby. Derelict area, old Rolls Royce site which needed regenerating.

The community response:Community residents group launched in 2011, supported by Derby City Council and Derby Home.

October 2012 Homes and Community Agency awarded them £1.1m for 80 properties on the site
