remission, RCC s/p left nephrectomy

• 27mm Edwards Magna MVR, TV ring 2012

• High-Prohibitive STS

• Multiple readmissions for Acute Decompensated

HF

• Now NYHA IV dyspnea, LE edema, JVD

• IV diuretics
