Two events I don’t want anyone to miss are our annual Mothers Day breakfast, and on Saturday May 21 the Moose Legion is hosting a Baked Chicken dinner that’s open to all members. It will be fun with Brown Suga providing the musical entertainment. We are doing our bus trip to the Bus and Bears game Nov. 13. Any questions please find me so I can help with any questions you might have. Don't forget about our Queen of Hearts on Wednesday and Meat Bingo on Thursdays. Come out and enjoy lunch and dinner. Wayne's ribs are excellent as well as his mooseburgers. Plus he has dinner specials several nights a week. Please remember to always be proud to show your Moose card. We now have the sign up sheet for the Bucs and Bears game. If you plan on going make sure you sign up early for this will fill up quickly. The date will be November 13th. GO BUCS,GO BEARS! Our monthly meetings are held on the 1st and 3rdWednesday of the month at 6:30 PM. Women whoare members of the North Port Lodge are welcometo join our meetings to hear about our organizationand current events.
If you haven’t tried NOSH night yet, watch thecalendar because we hold one on a Sunday eachmonth. Bring a dish to share and be treated to ahuge table of homemade goodies. You won’t goaway hungry. Not a cook? No problem, for areasonable cost you can still enjoy dinner. And ifyou bring a dish or buy dinner you automaticallyreceive raffle tickets for fun prizes! Raffle tickets arealso available for purchase for extra chances to win.

Great news, we are on our way towardsreaching our Building Fund goal. Morethan a few have responded to thepostcard we sent and have donated.While everyone who donates $100 ormore will have their name engraved on apermanent plaque, we are recognizingone special donor this month.
Brother Kent Mudget gave $5,000 tokick-start the fund drive and encourageother members to give what they can. Itwould be nice to have a burn-the-mortgage party in the not too distantfuture.
