ABOUT PANDI

• A non-profit organization performed by government & ICT communities of Indonesia, in August, 2005

• Operates as registry operator since 1st of Juli 2007

• Legal standing : Electronic Transaction and Information Act (UU ITE No. 11/2008, Clause 24 (1))

Achievements in 2011

- Cooperation with Google for the SMEs-Go-Online.

- Upgrade the registry system to be more complied to international standard (i.e following EPP protocol) , policy also need to be revised.

- Upgrade the NS0.

Plan for 2012

- Open Public Discussion inviting all stakeholders (Govt, ISPs, registrars, registrants, etc.)

- Moving from Single Point Registry System (SPRS) to Shared Registry System (SRS)

- Introduce biz.id (for SMEs) and my.id (for Personal)

- More active in international community- Dispute Resolution Policy
