I Dreamdream of heaven,I sleep and wake& wish I could remain, not in the latter. Yet awake indeed Would I be in this deep deep sleep seeing heaven only once has my imagination rang so true only once did I realize under water I need not breathebecause I would be

Eternal.

Proposal did you utter? Have my inner ears heard for once the truth of a hearts longing.Do my desires deceiveDo my desires deceive twisting your words to be mine?Have I ever or always known To whom I belong or am given. If I am yoursIf I am yours take me and keep meIf I am to be given it shall not be for long.

Love you grow But oh, so slow

Nourished and cherished You begin to show.

Time you do not considerFor you stand outside of comprehension You can neither be wished nor hurried You can neither be wished nor hurried

With eyes you do not seeWhat a man sometimesConsiders you to be

Never complete and impossible to measureWith no response to our obsessions

You do as you doRequiring patienceRequiring patience

For the well spring of creation is your perfec-tion

I will wait for your paradeThe on coming celebration

That in the distance, is not so far awayA nd with concentrated gaze,

You are seen always growing nearer

To be left with nothingA fictitious love I care not for

How much more could this love be How much more could this love be If ignored we leave the immediate permeations

Of feelings that can lust no more No more than the moment

They exist outside of our imagination

I will wait for the foster of truth we bothDesire

The only way to make it, fate surrendered The only way to make it, fate surrendered Out of my handsI have no powerYet I have not youUnless given you become

To meSomething precious to behold Never owned, only borrowed Never owned, only borrowed

You can be molded into anything he sees fitBecause you are always listening for his

voice You are waiting patiently for direction You are waiting patiently for direction

Tiptoeing blind-foldedYou smile, because you need not see

For by your waist sideHis hands lie

Holding you steadyYou can feel the warmth of his care

You are never worriedYou are never worriedOn a tight rope you are walking

Narrow on truthWhat lies below youM atters not

For you know his loveFor you

PresenceWhen you show yourself

In the reviving breaths of morning A ll of the birds rejoice, as nature sings A ll of the birds rejoice, as nature sings

Her praises A ll the daylong

For every moment you are with us You liven our souls

Our steps are quickened Until dancing comes With the evening With the evening

A nd everything you revealed to us Retreats back again

We are little children in his eyes Walking hand in hand by his side

He separates us Yet through him we are connectedA nd one day he lets the childrenHold one another’s hands

When he feels their innocence has grown When he feels their innocence has grown To a place where they cannot hurt one another

They will walk togetherIn front of him

But he will be close behindA nd in the forefront of their mindsProtecting and watching over themWhit his guidance they will walkWhit his guidance they will walk

Strong and steadfast With a love

That will forever last

Stretch me further than I will bendPlace me in the desert where I will fail

Hold me over ocean depthsIn your hands I will prevailRelease and let me fallTo bottoms I will sink

Drain the basin and there I will be Drain the basin and there I will be Teach me patience and there I will wait

For your voiceFor your commandNo stressNor strain

Just your love mending and moldingTo your perfect planTo your perfect plan

Who am IOnly who I see myself to be Whose eyes are these

That I will gaze upon my beingIt is not the past that is comingIt is the future that is to be beheld What will make me ready What will make me ready Other than becoming Who I wish to be There is no rushingThe revealing

Only the resonance Of what you tell me Refreshing my coreRefreshing my coreShowing me to me

With time we know wounds are healedbut of course the storm is what we see

the waters that drench always nourishbeing soaked

we may weigh heavysoon we will dry soon we will dry

and once again be running even if our steps are made slow

the persistence of the walkfosters growthall the time

we eventually cherish we eventually cherish for we see the menit will have made us

In the weight of eternity this life has no scale yet without it I could never approach you.For this moment you allow me to live& to make meager steps towards your open arms.
