In high school, I thought I was going to open up a world-class restaurant. Inspired by my summer internships at a three Michelin-star restaurant, I spent my waking hours obsessing over the next multiple-course meal I'd cook for my friends & family.

Fabalish employs inventive, creative, fun ways to transform chickpeas into delish foods.Our love affair with these golden little beans ("faba" in Latin)
began when Jessica Gebel, our founder and natural foods chef, began experimentingwith aquafaba for her plant-forward clients. When chickpeas are boiled, they
release their superfood magic and the resulting water (aquafaba), can then beused as a dairy & egg replacer. The aquafaba allowed Jess to create creamy
and rich sauces with clean and plant-based ingredients, without any sugar, nutsor cholesterol. They were an instant hit! Encouraged by her clients, Jess beganselling them at farmers markets. Refusing to let the leftover chickpeas go to

THE PAGEL
As avid supporters of the Paleo lifestyle and parents to Gluten Free children, our family has
had a clean and healthy diet for years. However, we were consistently disappointed with thelack of tasty Paleo and Gluten Free baked goods on the market. While on a family vacation wewere introduced to cassava flour and it's power to make outstanding bread, bagels, chips, and
more. After endless research and lots of inspiration, our Pagel (a Gluten Free and Paleofriendly bagel) was born! It was love at first taste for our friends and family who encouraged us
to continue baking Paleo and Gluten Free mouthwatering goodies. Soon after, BedrockBakers was created. Our Pagels are made from only the healthiest ingredients. We can’t get
enough of them and cannot wait for you to give them a try.
201 ENERGY YOGURT
201 Energy Yogurt was founded by Matt and Marina Christmas to create a healthierway to get energized. 201 is the only caffeinated yogurt on the market and it comesin a super convenient grab and go pouch. The product has been created by a twostar Michelin chef who combined strawberry with organic blue agave and organic
apple cider vinegar to end up with a delicious caffeinated yogurt.
World Brand™ was founded in 2018 by Shanna Henry and Petros Pappalas, bothReading, Pennsylvania natives. Bearing witness to the devastation and impact thatplastic pollution is wreaking on the planet, they conceived the idea to create a dye-free, biodegradable paper straw that was not only great for the environment, but a
superior upgrade to the current paper straws on the market in terms of bothaesthetic and function. Being raised in Reading, PA, Henry and Pappalas share asense of pride in the history of their hometown and are inspired and devoted in
helping to restore Reading's longstanding foundation of manufacturing.

As the Co-Founder in charge of Sales and Marketing, Natalia combines her 10+ years ofhustle in tech companies like Twitter, Slack, and LinkedIn with her deep love of real
food and flavor. Ask her about climbing Kilimanjaro, growing up drinking vinegar elixirs,and birthday wing walking on a biplane.
Morgan Springer
With endless curiosity and an eye for details, Morgan is the Co-Founder runningBrand & Product. Morgan drew on past recipe development experience with
Michelin-starred chefs to craft each uniquely flavored Fizzy Fox SKU.Don’t ask him about all the different beverages he makes in his home lab
because he will talk your ear off.
BEAR'S FRUIT KOMBUCHA
This is a tale of two strangers who decided to quit their (pretty solid) day jobs within weeks of
meeting to co-found a kombucha company. Seriously - that’s actually what happened. On onefateful night in July 2016, Chris and Amy met at a party that neither were invited to - Amy’s date
vanished so she was wandering aimlessly until she stumbled into Chris, who was carrying ahouseplant for the host he didn’t know. Chris told Amy she had nice eyes, but insisted “that’s not a
compliment.” They became fast friends.
When Chris told Amy he made kombucha, she was a wee bit nervous to try, since she doesn’texactly have a poker face. Fortunately, Amy didn’t have to fake it - his was the best kombucha she’d
ever tasted. As it turns out, Chris cracked the kombucha code after three years of home-brewing,which he started doing as a hobby to remedy to an unfortunate wisdom tooth incident. While Chris
had a day job in animation (you can thank him for all 45 of the Ice Age movies), Amy spent hercareer shaping some of the world’s biggest brands, including "better for you" beverages like ZICO
Coconut Water. When Chris said he was selling this magical kombucha, unbranded, to a local cafein Brooklyn, Amy knew she needed to help her new friend. She told Chris she’d be willing to walkaway from her career to co-found a company together because she believed in the product, but
insisted “that’s not a compliment.”
Yomi Bites were created in cousin Emily’s college dorm room to fuel her on-the-go lifestyle as a
collegiate basketball player. Fast forward a couple years…Emily’s on-the-go lifestyle never stopped,and neither did her bite making. Working as a personal trainer in Philadelphia, her clients, co-
workers and family agreed that these little bites were unique in their own delicious way.
On Thanksgiving of 2017, Emily was discussing these bites with her cousin and soon-to-be co-founder, Brooke. With years of experience as an organics buyer for a major grocery store chain,
Brooke knew Yomi Bites had serious potential and the wheels started turning. With Emily’spassion and creativity combined with Brooke’s career experience and industry knowledge, it was
a match made in heaven.
