UTANAN FESTIVAL
98th Chater Day Success: We Can Make It Happen!
Municipality of Manolo Fortich April 8-24, 20153
PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES
Rationale: Utanan Festival is the Municipality's tribute to the people of Manolo Fortich wherein 90 % of the household established and maintained vegetable garden right in their homes. This is in support to the Utanan sa Tugkaran project, one of the 15 special project of the Local Government Unit. We believe that the Utanan sa Tugkaran and the support of people had signicantly helped reduce the malnutrition rate of the Municipality. Once again, the Festival will highlight the Agri Fair Display, Float parade and Vegetable Gown Contests.
