Bruno PaillardChairman of LANSON-BCC Group

Philippe Baijot Chairman of Champagne LANSONand Maison BURTIN

Dear Shareholders,

Following a year marked by a clear upturn in shipments in 2010, 2011 was a year ofcontrasts for the Champagne industry. Indeed, while sales for the first six months were dynamic, the second half of the year was affected by the return of the financial crisis.

In this climate, LANSON-BCC has continued rolling out its strategy to further strengthenthe positioning of its Houses and create value, in line with its approach for the past few years. The results for 2011 confirm its relevance, with revenues up1.6% and EBIT climbing 7.4%, while the operating margin rate came to 15%, compared with 14.2% one year earlier. Net income shows an increase of 8.3% in relation to 2010, despite the effective corporate income tax rate rising from 34.4% in 2010 to 36.1%.

Our good financial health is also reflected in the strengthening of our balancesheet. Rigorous management and the decision to retain almost 90% of earningswithin the business have paved the way for a further improvement in the debtratio: down to 2.44, twice as low as when Maison BURTIN and ChampagneLANSON were acquired in 2006.

Our steadfast commitment to our strong regional heritage, the creativity of ourHouses, the increasingly recognized quality of our wines, the rationality of ourproduction tools and the constant dedication of our teams represent the foundations for our business and the driving forces for its future development.

LANSON-BCC is both optimistic and reasonably cautious about 2012, faced witha still uncertain economic environment on our main markets and a slower start to theyear than in 2011.

LANSON-BCC is reasserting its long-term value development strategy. Thanks tothe effective fit between its dynamic Houses with strong identities, the Group is ableto operate effectively across all the Champagne wine market segments, in Franceand internationally.

I would like to thank our customers, our teams and our shareholders for their confidence, trust and loyalty.
