9 Core Activities

1. Show the plan

a. Make a goal to show the plan to 3-5 new people per week.

2. Personal Consumption

a. IBO Webspace- if you’re telling prospects you have an e-commerce business, you need a website to show them.

b. BWW TV- hundreds of video clips featuring interviews with the top BWW leadership.

c. CommuniKate- premier unified communications system which will keep you tied into your organization’s most current information.

7. Associate

a. Open Meetings- weekly meetings for guests.

b. Team Meetings- bi-weekly meetings for in depth training.

c. Regional Seminars- hear diamonds or above speak about their success story, problems they encountered, and how they got passed the adversity.

d. Major Weekend Conferences- Four times a year BWW holds a major weekend conference where 20-30 individuals from the BWW leadership will educate us on all aspects of the business, sky-rocketing your growth and knowledge to a whole other plateau.

e. Association, knowledge, and motivation are key to your growth, so make it a goal to attend every function possible big or small.

8. Counsel

a. Be teachable. Counsel monthly with your growing upline.

b. Plan what your goal is and how you are going to get there.

9. Accountability

a. Be good for your word. If you say you’re going to be somewhere, be there.

b. Be good for your financial responsibilities.

c. Be dependable to both your upline and downline.

5 Nights a Week

- Be out there building the business at least 5 nights a week, doing the 4 basics (List, Contact & Invite, Show The Plan, Follow Up/Get Started and repeat).

- Try to set at least 2-3 hours a night to work on growing your business to do minimum 10-15 hours a week.

3 Powers

1. Submission

a. Submit your pride and ego to your growing upline and allow yourself to be taught.

b. Trust that they have your best interest in mind, don’t argue with them.

2. Spoken Word

a. Always speak positively, no matter what. No one likes hearing bad news.

b. The power of the spoken word is extremely strong. Speaking positively no matter what will change your entire mindset and thought process for the better and eliminate all the negative that most people dwell over.

c. Never speak what you don’t want because you will empower those actions to occur.

3. Unity

a. You’re in business for yourself, not by yourself. Utilize your business team for knowledge or any other help as you all benefit from each other.

b. The concept of time compounding is not possible without team unity.

c. Remember: the team that plays together, stays together.

B.I.B. – Board In Bedroom

- Draw out your entries organization of circles. Include names, PV, Standing Order, and attendance to functions.

- Bold Circles for IBOs that are doing Core Volume and show leadership qualities. Work with these individuals to build their businesses and try to figure out where others may be slacking.

- Write down your goals for the month and track how you will achieve them.
