Omega

The swift and strong solution

An arched steel hangar with elegant lines at an unbeatable price.

Whether you need permanent or temporary storage space, an Omega

has proven its effectiveness.

The solid steel structure, IPE or tubular depending on the local situation,

is mounted on prefabricated concrete foundation blocks. This structure

is built out of curved spans, approximately 2.5 m apart. Thanks to the

number of spans and the curved shape, external reaction forces are

equally spread over the whole structure. As a result a fairly simple

prefabricated foundation with only limited additional concrete

moulding is required. If necessary, an Omega can be mounted

on a purpose-built, concrete foundation using special anchors or

expansion bolts or temporary foundations for non permanent use.

All elements of the steel base structure are treated with a protective

zinc-chromebased paint. The corrugated steel cladding of the highest

quality are produced in-house. Impregnated wooden purlins assure a

swift mounting of the building without sacrificing strength or stability.

Every Omega comes standard with translucent sheets and a wide

sliding door. The optional extra wide sliding door offers the perfect

solution for aviation or agricultural applications. Whatever the use,

thanks to its concept, an Omega can be built virtually everywhere at

an unbeatable price.

Reliability and comfort everywhere

A Frisomat resists the highest forces. The base structure of the Upsilon

building consists of tubular or IPE-profiles depending on the local

situation. The span distance of approximately 2.5 m results in a big

number of beams spreading the external forces over the complete

structure. The result is a solid structure that can be built on a relatively

simple foundation. Thanks to this concept, Upsilon buildings can be

built on temporary fixations or permanent prefabricated, concrete

foundations which require only limited additional concrete moulding.

When desired, special anchor sets or expansion bolts are used to

secure the building on purpose-built foundations.

Every Upsilon building has impregnated wooden purlins which assure

a swift mounting without sacrificing strength or stability. In-house

produced corrugated, prepainted steel sheets of the highest

quality form the claddings. The solid steel structure is protected by

a zinc-chromebased paint.

Prefabricated elements assure a fast assembly. Short delivery periods

at an attractive price. The prepainted sheets and zinc-chromebased

paint offer an ideal protection. Every Upsilon building comes with

integrated translucent sheets and a wide sliding door. A cost-efficient

Depending on site circumstances and local

regulations, Omega and Upsilon buildings can

be installed on prefabricated concrete elements

which require only limited concrete moulding. For

temporary applications, special modifications

guarantee a minimal impact to your existing

underground. If necessary they can be mounted on

purpose-built foundations. The adapted anchor sets

or expansion bolts secure the building to withstand

the toughest climate conditions.

Insulation

Every Omega or Upsilon building can be equipped

with a performing insulation foil. It offers basic

protection against extreme temperatures and avoids

condensation in the interior.

Sheeting & Colours

Frisomat only uses prepainted S280 steel of the highest quality with a zinc layer

of 275 g/m2 to profile your sheets and finishings. The quality is guaranteed by the

different layers of the sheet:
