WIKA standard pressure gauges are designed for long and reliable service under rugged
conditions. Some typical applications include pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems,
compressors, and as a contractor’s gauge. The gauges can also be used for many other
applications where the measured media does not corrode brass.
WIKA standard pressure gauges feature a black plastic case (steel cases are available as an
option) and a helical Bourdon tube for 6000 kPa and higher. The low friction Swiss movement
ensures a long, reliable service life.

WIKA offers a wide range of differential pressure gauges suitable for demanding applications in the HVAC and process markets. These gauges
feature differential measuring ranges from 0.25 kPa, static pressures up to 40,000 kPa and wetted parts materials that range from copper to
stainless steel.
WIKA has extended its wide variety of differential pressure gauges
by developing a new range of DELTA products - DELTA-plus,
DELTA-comb, DELTA-switch and DELTA-trans.
Each instrument features innovative design and an easy-to-read
differential pressure display. The rigid and compact design makes
the gauges ideal for tough industrial operating environments. The
four gauges have identical exteriors and geometrical features and
use the same diaphragm compression spring measuring system.

The WIKA diaphragm seal system enables pressure gauges, pressure switches, pressure
transducers and transmitters of varying designs to be adapted for the most adverse
applications. The diaphragm seal is intended to separate the pressure instrument from the
pressure medium, whilst allowing pressure variations to be precisely sensed by the instrument.
The pressure applied on the diaphragm seal is transmitted to the pressure-sensing element by
means of a suitable liquid. The seal body and diaphragm are generally made of stainless steel.
A wide selection of special materials is also available to handle almost any exotic process fluid.
WIKA diaphragm seals are also ideal for hygienic applications such as in the food industry. The
seals are available in several designs and materials to ensure complete compatibility with the
process application.

WIKA piezoresistive and thin film pressure transmitters
are precision engineered to fit the majority of industrial
pressure measurement applications. Each unit undergoes
quality control testing and calibration to achieve high
levels of accuracy and repeatability. State of the art
surface mount technology ensures that the unit is
protected against vibration, shock and humidity. Each
unit is temperature compensated to ensure accuracy
and long-term stability under severe ambient temperature
conditions.
The stainless steel casings offer IP65 ingress protection
as standard, with IP67, IP68 and IP69 as options on
some models. Applications for the transmitters cover

ECO Tronic pressure transmitters and transducers

Indicating Pressure Switches
Indicating Pressure Switches combine local pressure indication with alarm and
control capabilities into a single, economical and compact system. The WIKA
Indicating Pressure Switches are extremely reliable and have low hysteresis and
easy set point adjustment. They are ideally suited for alarm and control functions
on hydraulic, pneumatic and general industrial machinery and equipment as well
as process industry installations. They are available in dry and liquid filled
configurations.
Alarm contact types:
• Single, double and triple

Contact setting: Contacts are set by means of a key from the front window
