WINE AWARDS KEEP ON COMINGAugust started off on a high note with three of our 2012 winesreceiving awards in the 2012 Young Wine Show. The unwoodedCabernet Sauvignon received a Gold, which once again proves thatthe Helderberg Region is not famous for its Bordeaux blends for



nothing! A bronze for the wooded Cab Sauv and our favourite CabFranc rounded off that picture.

Towards the end of the month, we were incredibly happy to beincluded in the 2013 Best Value Wine Guide with our Vintner’s RedCab/Shiraz 2010 and the 2008 Cab/Merlot. This shows that weshine in the value categories too, as this guide highlights only winesunder R80 which are outstanding and over-deliver on their price!
