Article 9 BYLAWS OF THE BOARD Policy No. 9010 Page 1 of 1 Bylaws of the Board - Board Authority Limits of Authority The Board of Education is the unit of authority. Apart from the normal function as part of the unit, a board member has no individual authority. Individually, the board member may not commit the district to any policy, act or expenditure. No individual member of the board shall exercise any administrative responsibility with respect to the schools. Date of Adoption: August 18, 2014

Limits of Authority
The Board of Education is the unit of authority. Apart from the normal function as part of the
