"Bottles for Life" is a special project sponsored by Life Choices of Memphis. Their mission is “Empowering Women to Choose and Cherish Life.” Your donation will help women - mostly lo-cal, young, single - who find themselves in the crisis an un-planned pregnancy by providing testing and parenting classes, as well as post abortive counseling free of charge. Life Choices is also a licensed adoption agency and refceoives no federal funding. Fill a bottle with spare change, cash, or a check (make payable to Life Choices), and return it to a basket on or before January 29th. Quarterly Family Conference to be held on January 29 (No Sunday School). The Family Conference begins at 9:00 AM. Come early for donuts and coffee at 8:30 AM.

FAMILY WEDNESDAYS Family Wednesday activities resume this week with dinner at 4:45 PM, Prayer Meeting, Awana, and Bible Studies at 6:00 PM, Youth Bible Study at 6:15 PM, TBS (College and Career Bible Study) and Choir Rehearsal at 7:00 PM. Thus week din-ner will be catered by Corky's BBQ with pulled pork, chicken, and all the "fixin's." Children's meal also available. Adults: $5,

MINISTRY TO WOMEN TUESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY:All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you - unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters most to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. If you’re tired of being pushed around and caught with your guard down, The Armor of God study by Priscilla Shirer is for you.

The Tuesday Ladies Bible Studies, led by Vicki Mullins, will work through this 7-week course this semester. Cost: $15. Cost for those needing childcare - $20. Register online or at the Events Registration Desk. The Tuesday class begins on January 24, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The Cutoff for the Tuesday childcare reservations is January 15, 2017.

THURSDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY:The Thurssday Ladies Bible Studies, led by LeAnn Allen, will continue to study Heaven. All ladies are welcome to join this Bible study that meets at the home of Becky Parrish on Thursday mornings. Resumes in February (date: TBA) from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

WEDNESDAY EVENING - LADIES BIBLE STUDIES:W.I.S.E. (Women In Search of Encouragement) Bible Study begins Wednesday, January 11 at 6:00 PM in room S124. The group will be studying in depth "The Battle Plan for Prayer," by Stephen Kendrick. Join us for an interesting study and encouraging fellowship!

Kay Arthur Pecept Class. Who Has Bewitched You? Why and How? What does it mean to live under grace? Do you have to keep the Law to be a Christian? All of it or just part of it? Who is right? How will we know? The Kay Arthur inductive Bible study on the Book of Galatians will help you discover truth for yourself. The message in Galatians clearly defines the relationship between Law and grace, and how Christians live under grace, are led by the Spirit, and are free from bondage. The 7-week Bible study begins Wednesday, January 11, 2016, 6:00 - 7:30 PM in room S127. The cost is $15. You may register online or at the registration desk in the Narthex.

MUSIC MINISTRY Crossroads Youth Choir rehearsals resume this afternoon! The Youth Choir is open to students in 7th – 12th grade and rehearses each Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM in Room S124. Mr. Greg Sims directs the choir which will be singing during various times in our worship services as well as for mission opportunities outside our church.

Skilled at sewing or applying make up? You have an opportunity to use those skills to communicate the Gospel! The Music Ministry is looking for ladies who would love to use their gift of sewing to help make simple costumes for our upcoming Easter Production 2017 as well as those who would love to help with theatrical makeup (instruction will be provided). CHILDRENS MINISTRYThe Awana Program resumes Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Awana offers a fun, proven approach for early evangelism and discipleship for ages 2 to 18.
