  • Requirements:Participation in 25 days of „BREATH MASTERY PROGRAM“ retreats and modules in the UK or abroad (personal choice in agreement with trainers). Intensive practising of giving and receiving 1x1 Breathwork sessions during the modules with a minimum of 20 Breathwork sessions received/given. Written Diploma work about a specific area of interest in combination with conscious breathing, energy or healing (in agreement with trainers). Participation in the InBreath Supervision program (can be organised individually). On fulfilment awarded with „InBreath“ practitioner diploma“ (Breath Mastery 2). Award depends on the fulfilment of all requirements, not on time period required. A series of Supervision days is accompanying the ongoing client work. Additionally, there will be a series of practice days available to further deepen your skills and expertise in facilitation. During this program „BREATH MASTERY“ participants will be required to be in ongoing personal Breathwork therapy and fulfil additional requirements. There is a recommended training timeline, but this program is flexible and can be adapted to personal needs. Prior training will be taken into account and can be reflected in the individual structure.

Each segment is a progression and deepening from the previous one, with an equal emphasis being placed on practical application and theoretical understanding. All of the techniques are taught through demonstration and case examples. Students learn by practising with each other under the support and guidance of the facilitators. The „BREATH MASTERY PROGRAM“ is also open to graduates of other Breathwork trainings and already established Breathwork practitioners. It provides a fantastic opportunity to brush up on existing knowledge and techniques, as well as to incorporate additional tools and skills and will allow you to gain the expertise required to establish a successful practice including all the necessary professional, legal and business skills you will need.

On the successful completion of the „BREATH MASTERY PROGRAM“ and the fulfilment of all the professional requirements you will be awarded a Diploma of the Institute for Breath Therapy and Transformational Healing (DIBT), which is recognised by GBTA, IBF, ICM, CMA and the BRS. Once you have graduated you are eligible to join these organisations as a full member, which provides professional recognition, client referrals, a quarterly journal and access to practice insurance.

In order to provide a high-quality training, there are a limited number of places in this program. We will accept enrolment from suitable applicants on a first come basis. The selection process requires a personal interview with the course directors.
