Chris gave his report and stated that the Dover Club has outgrown the space. They serve 95 to 100 kids

a day. He reported that Day Care Licensing has changed their child per footage allotment and it willaffect how we do our programs. With the new changes, some clubs that currently serve 100, will dropto 50 because we are restricted by space and this will change how we operate. We currently serviceabout 2K a day, but with the new regulations, we may lose 600/700 a day.

Chris stated The Florida Alliance check amount doubled thanks to the Speaker of the House in PascoCounty. We were the first to run the Gang Prevention Program. The check will be from $4M to $5Mon the state level, of that our allocation will be just under $600K to be used on our discretion.

Vic provided packets to the board members with sponsorship info to the breakfast. He hopes that everyboard member will sign up to be a Table Captain. Table Captains should tell their guest that there willbe an ask. Vic asked everyone to sign the commitment form for Table Captain and to bring anotherTable Captain on board. Also asked the board to think of who might sponsor an ad in the program.Anne reminded everyone that we raised $385K last year from this event.
