Eighty Seventh St. offers unique custom cards for any special occasion and every fashionista! Our signature Fashion Caricature cards have grown in popularity over the last few years and are always a great crowd pleaser!

Due to overwhelming demand we have revised our outline for custom orders, which we hope will answer a lot of your questions and allow us to continue to make the best product for you. As of January 1, 2013 pricing and information regarding our custom cards has changed, so please take some time to review all of the information below before submitting your custom request. NotecardsCards are printed on Neenah Classic Eames Paper which is both Green Seal Certified and Green-e Certified made up of 30% Post Consumer Waste. Are cards are side folded unless otherwise specified meaning the illustration runs vertical along the 7” line of the card. The illustration is printed on the front of the card with a small thumbnail of the same drawing on the back of the card that is positioned directly above our logo. Please note we CANNOT print on the inside of the card. All cards are blank on the inside.

EnvelopesOur premium Canadian made envelopes are made of Brown Kraft paper and are fashioned out of 100% recycled material.

BoxesBeautiful eco-friendly card boxes bring the entire look together with their Brown Kraft bottom and clear plastic lid. We tie the cards with a beautiful black single-faced Satin Ribbon and ensure that it is fastened with our signature hand-tied bow.

Design Process Designing is our middle name! Have an idea but not sure how to translate it to paper? Not to worry, we are happy to do that for you! We treat every client one on one throughout the design process to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your custom order. To help us out, please read through the steps below before you email us your request.

Step One: RequestFirst thing you should do is get in touch! Email us at info@eightyseventhst.com and let us know your design ideas. To insure the most successful design possible, here are a few suggestions to include in your email submission to help us along:

• What are some character traits of the drawing subject for example:

• Do they have a favorite outfit they always wear?

• Do they have a hobby you’d like to include?

• What’s their favorite color?

• Would you like to include any text on the card? Ie: their name, their business logo, etc.

Non-Fashion Caricature CardsNon-Fashion Caricature cards

are by special request only. If you have a unique idea that you would like us to explore please email us at info@eightyseventhst.com and we can provide you with some more information. Please note extra charges may apply depending on complexity of the design.

Step Two: PictureIn the same email you will need to attach 2-3 clear Hi Res (300dpi preferable) pictures of the person for your caricature.

Please keep in mind the following:

• Although we already feel like you’re one of our best friends, we don’t actually know what you look like! The best advice is to send over pictures that best resemble you, so that people will recognize it’s you. Same rules apply if the caricature is for someone else. If there are changes in appearance from the picture you send (ie: they recently cut their hair) just let us know so we can update that for you.

• If there are additional objects of reference you would like us to include in the sketch, like a pet or favorite sweatshirt, we will need clear, hi-res photographs of them as well in order to insure the most accurate drawing.

Step Three: ProofsProviding all of the above has been accepted, we will commence the design process. Within 7-10 business days you will receive an electronic version of two proofs to choose from for your custom card.

Step Four : AdjustmentsWe realize, not everyone gets it right on the first try! Here is where you get to review the proofs and let us know if anything is not quite right and we will get it f ixed up for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for adjustments.

Step Five: Final ReviewOnce all adjustments have been made, you will receive a final electronic proof containing your final design and all we need from you is your approval to go ahead and print.

Step Six: PrintingPlease allow and additional 1-2 business days for printing. Once you’re product has been printed you will receive an email notification and from there we can commence the payment and shipping process.

Payment & ShippingShippingWe ship Fedex Ground within Canada and the United States ONLY.

Shipping charges apply to all orders and vary depending on location. To accurately calculate shipping charges we ask that you provide us with the following information:

1. Valid Mailing Address

2. Please Identify if the address is commercial or residential

3. Valid Phone Number

PaymentWe accept VISA only. After the printing process is complete and we have received all of your shipping information we will send you an invoice draft where you will view your final total including taxes and shipping charges. Before your order ships we will require a valid VISA number and expiry date from you. Once your VISA has been accepted we will ship your order along with your receipt and a hard copy of your invoice.

Fashion Caricature CardsMinimumsThere is a minimum order of one box of cards, which contains 12 blank notecards and thirteen envelopes.

Design FeeFor a single fashion figure card with simple text the design fee is $75.00CAD

Card FeeOne box of twelve large cards is $20.00CAD

One box of twelve small cards is $18.00CAD
