An important recent development under the Pebble Beach Village umbrella is the creation of the property management company, Pebble Beach Services, As the site develops, its' responsibilities will encompass the day to day management and running of the residential accommodation, The following operational areas will be under the control of Pebble Beach Services. - letting service: - through our links with travel companies, we will be able to offer Pebble Beach Village to a wide range of holidaymakers, By controlling the letting service we can ensure that any rental agreements conform with Spanish law and offer the best possible returns to owners. - cleaning services: - whether you just want someone to do the cleaning whilst you enjoy your holiday, or you want a regular cleaning service in your absence, our management company will be happy to arrange this for you, - laundry services: - of particular interest to owners who wish to let their property and to those Maintaining owners who require a laundry service whilst on holiday. - guest reception: - if your family or friends are staying in your apartment (or it has been let on your behalf) a friendly face at reception will start their holiday off on the right foot. - medical facilities: - there is good provisionof medical facilities in the south of Tenerife but we intend to supplement these with an on-site medical service which was recently put into operation. - security service: - for your peace of mind whether you are in residence, whether your apartment is let or unoccupied. - management of sports centre and commercial facilities: - as the additional facilities become available at Pebble Beach Village, our management company will be responsible for their day to day running and will ensure that all Villagers' get the service they expect from a top class holiday resort whether they are owners or holidaymakers. - property maintenance: - our maintenance team will undertake regular maintenance of communal areas and institute a long term maintenance plan throughout Pebble Beach Village. A 24 hr. emergency maintenance service has also just been established. BUILDING GUARANTEE INSURANCE In order that clients may have the added benefit of a totally risk free purchase, Pebble Beach Village have arranged an optional insurance cover with Credito y Caucion, one of Spain's leading insurance companies. This insurance cover protects the client from loss of monies paid should Pebble Beach Village cease trading and not be able to complete the client's apartment. Cover is provided on receipt of a single premium and ensures the full return of all monies paid by the client plus 6% p.a. interest, The premium depends on the time span of the purchase period but falls within'/ 2-l% of the purchase price of the apartment, Should completion of the apartment occur in advance of the contract date, a premium rebate will be paid to the client.
