There’s More To Christmas
There’s more, much more, to Christmas Than candlelight and cheer;
It’s the spirit of sweet friendship That brightens all the year.
It’s thoughtfulness and kindness. It’s hope reborn again,
For peace, for understanding, For goodwill to men!

CCD INSTRUCTION—Religious Education Coordinator Judy Northrup and her assistant Mary
Thomas provide instruction to a group of children during CCD classes in the parish hall. CCD
stands for Confraternity of Christian Doctrine, an association established in Rome in 1562 for the
purpose of giving religious instruction. Its modern usage is a religious education program of the
Roman Catholic Church, normally designed for children.
WOMEN OF GRACE—The final
session of the Women of Grace study
group took place on Wed., Dec. 11. The

website, Women of Grace “seeks to
transform the world one woman at a
time by affirming women in their digni-
ty and vocation as daughters of God and
in their gift of authentic femininity
