The State Budget

State Budget: Community Colleges • 90% / 10% split between contact hours & student success

points was maintained.

• Student Success Points were not funded at level to maintain a “compete against yourself” system.

• Conference Committee used updated spring contact hours and student success points.

• Conference Committee used a 90% hold-harmless for college instructional funding.

• Conference Committee approved all college employee benefit funding petitions.

• Added a new “Reporting Requirement” rider of all colleges.
