2. Leg Avenues minimum order require-ment is $200 domestic and $1,000international. Unless Leg Avenue hasextended credit terms, all orders mustbe paid in advance by cashiers check,money order, credit card, or wire trans-fer. Items with a non-closeout unit priceof $5.00 or less are packaged in groups

of six pairs per color. For internationalorders, 20% must be paid at the time theorder is placed and the remainder mustbe paid in full before the merchandiseis shipped. Term accounts must be ap-proved in advance by Leg Avenue andits factor, The CIT Group. To seek creditapproval, please submit a completedApplication for Credit, which you canobtain from Leg Avenues customer ser-

vice department. Allow three weeks toprocess your credit application. Unlessotherwise specified, all term paymentsmust be made on or before the due datespecified on the invoice. Any amountsnot paid when due shall be assessed aservice charge at the rate of eighteen(18%) percent per annum (1.5% permonth) or the highest rate allowed bylaw. A $25.00 administrative fee will becharged for all returned checks, regard-less of circumstances.

3. Orders will be made available for pickup at will call upon request. All will callorders are subject to an additional $25

processing fee. Any order not pickedup within 72 hours will be shipped viaUPS ground at Customers expense.If the shipment is refused or returned,Customer will be charged both thefreight and a 15% restocking fee. Duringpeak season Leg Avenue may reduce

4. All returns are subject to the LegAvenue Return Policy, which is incor-porated herein by reference. Pleasecontact customer service or visit LegAvenues website to obtain a copy of

Leg Avenue hasexclusive distribution arrangements inmany countries and its products may onlybe distributed in those countries by LegAvenues authorized distributors. A listof international distributors is availableon the Leg Avenue website or by con-tacting the customer service department.Leg Avenue reserves the right to revokediscounts or refuse to sell to customers

who violate these restrictions.

7. Leg Avenue g rants its customersa limited license to use Leg Avenuesphotographs and other promotionalmaterial (hereinafter Materials), sub-

ject to the terms of the Image Releaseagreement, which is incorporated hereinby reference. You may not use Leg Av-enues Materials for any purpose unless

you agree to the terms of the ImageRelease and provide a signed copy ofit to Leg Avenue. Use of Leg AvenuesMaterials on auction websites, such aseBay.com, is strictly prohibited. Pleasecontact customer service or visit LegAvenues website to obtain a copy ofthe Image Release.

8. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.Delivery dates are approximate andnot guaranteed. Full risk of loss and

title passes to Customer at the timemerchandise leaves Leg Avenues

warehouse or Leg Avenue delivers themerchandise to a carrier, whicheveris earlier. International customers areresponsible for arranging for their ownfreight forwarder. If any shipment isreturned as undelivered by the pack-age carrier, Customer will be solelyresponsible for any reshipment costs,even if the original shipping was free.

9. This Agreement is governed by thelaws of the State of California, withoutgiving effect to its conflict-of-law provi-sions. Any dispute shall be under theexclusive jurisdiction of and venued inthe state or federal courts located inLos Angeles County, California. Theterms of the United Nations Conven-tion on Contracts for the InternationalSale of Goods are inapplicable. In noevent shall Leg Avenue be liable forcoincidental or consequential damages,regardless of whether such damages

were foreseeable.

Leg Avenue stands behind the qualityof every item it sells. It will acceptreturns for items that were delivereddamaged or that were not includedin a customers order at no charge,subject to the following conditions.Unless otherwise specified, all claimsfor discrepancies or damages must bemade within thirty (30) days after theitem shipped. Claims on all sequinedor beaded garments must be made

with 5 business days of the invoicedate. Claims on all Halloween itemsshipped after July 1st must be madeby Leg Avenues close of business onthe second Friday of November that

year. Closeout items are not subject to

return because they are purchased asis at a significant discount. Leg Avenuedoes not guarantee sales and will notaccept returns that are not a result ofeither discrepancies or damage incurredduring manufacturing or shipping. Noclaims will be accepted on used goodsor on goods damaged after their receiptby the customer.All returns must be authorized in ad-

vance. To obtain authorization, contactcustomer service at (888) 453-4283.Leg Avenues sales representativesare not authorized to approve returns.Goods returned without authorization

will be shipped back at the customersexpense and will not be credited. Upon

authorizing a return, Leg Avenues cus-tomer service department will send aReturn Authorization Label to ship thegoods at Leg Avenues expense. Uponreceipt and verification of the return,Leg Avenue will credit the value of thereturn towards future orders. Autho-rized returns sent without the ReturnAuthorization Label will be charged a15% restocking fee and Leg Avenue willnot reimburse shipping. Returns will beprocessed at the lowest price at whichan item was ordered up to the numberordered at that price.For international customers, specialinstructions may apply.
