Your Personal Injury Trial Lawyers
What can we say? We just had our 9th Annual Team Georgie Kickball Tournament and once again, you blew us away!! With your help, we raised over $2,000 that we can now donate back into the North Collins community. Last year, your efforts allowed us to help out 5 families and the North Collins Food Pantry. YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!! Thank you to the fam-ily of Connie Lin Gabel for your generous donations of our door prizes this year. Your girl will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thanks to Kibby for the tunes, Karen, Nina and Ted for manning the food stand, and Cheryl for keeping the books straight. Congrats to The Rolling Rockers for taking home The Leg for the second year in a row. Every year we worry that we’ll be standing there alone on that Saturday afternoon and every year our hearts explode when we see the cars pull into the park. We cannot express the gratitude we feel for all of you caring enough to participate in this event year after year. We do this for Cath and we do it because we know that it helps people through some very rough times. To have all of you “get that” means the world to us. THANK YOU from the very bottom of our hearts for sharing this beautiful day with us. We’ll see you all for the 10th!
THANK YOU!!!
Team Georgie

When elected by the majority of the people, your whole community deserves your undivided attention to attaining the highest
level of competence & accountability that you can achieve for them.
Brant & Farnham ResidentsI attend throughout the County and State over 180 meetings a year, and I sit on many Local, County & State committees, and I Chair 5 committees. You might ask why I attend so many meetings - it is called networking. This is why I get so many grants and services for our community. You can be confident that if Re-Elected I will continue to keep our Town moving forward for 4 more years.
Some of my accomplishments3 In 8 years I have saved the tax payers over 2 million dollars with grants & management practices3 24 hour full time Supervisor on part time pay (lowest in the County)3 Spearheaded Lake front clean up after major storm with health issues; cost the tax payers nothing3 Acts on and personally responds to complaints in a timely fashion (my door is always open for you)
Thank You,Town Supervisor - Leonard K. Pero

Dear Eden Co-op
Nursery School Community and Alumni
It is with deep sadness that we write this letter regard-ing Eden Co-op Nursery School. After over 40 years of helping children in Eden begin their educational journey, we must now close the doors of our beloved school. We have not come to this decision lightly. For the past several years, our teachers and families have self-lessly dedicated time, talent and treasure to keep the school operational. Unfortunately, there are a myriad of issues preventing us from meeting our most basic budgeting requirements. After countless brainstorm-ing sessions and despite our best efforts, it is clear that our only choice is to close the school. To our community, we wish to thank you all for help-ing to raise funds over the years. If you had flamin-gos on your lawn, came to a chicken BBQ, or bought something in one of our sales, we truly appreciate your contributions. To our parents, thank you for your hard work and dedication to your children’s education. Thank you also to the Board Members who have worked tirelessly over the years to make our school a cornerstone in the community. To the teachers and assistants who helped foster a lifelong love of learning in their students, a very special thank you to each of you. And, most importantly, big hugs of thanks to the alumni of the Eden Co-op Nursery School who brightened our days with their curious minds, sweet hearts and beautiful smiles. Finally, we would like to extend an invitation to an All Year Alumni Reunion on Saturday September 14th from 2:00- 4:00 at the school. The school will be open at this time for you to come and say hello and good-bye. We hope to see you then. One last time.
Sincerely,The Eden Co-op Nursery School Board

who helped in anyway in getting the group together again. A few we need to say an extra thank you to… Jack Smith who gave us the idea for getting back together; Shawn Bish-op for the use of his truck and trailer for our float; Larry Szal who drove the float; Cindy Flynn Chairman for float from design to finish; Christine Schultz Chairman tee-shirt committee; Dawn Bauer chair displays; Kathy Jeffers for CD’s; Steve Henry; David Eckhardt; American Legion Post 880 and Auxiliary for flag and flag holders; Joanne and Bob Franz owners of convertibles for parade; Christina Abt for helping me pull out wonderful memories I have stored in my head for years. Especially thank you to Carol Schmit-tendorf, my co-chair. I couldn’t have done it without your help. To all of the Cornpoppers: You guys were GREAT! My former seniors are all in their fifties now and your pa-rade routine looked as if you were all sixteen again! Good job also to our drum unit and color guard. Thank you all. If I missed anyone, forgive me. “I had a ball” getting everything together. The weather was perfect. Thank you for all you have done to make the event happen.
Thanks for the memories,Jackie Wenglik

LEGISLATOR MILLS PRESENTS DONATION TO EDEN LIBRARY
Erie County Legislator John J. Mills is pleased to an-nounce that the 2nd annual Eden Library Hot Dog Roast Fundraiser, held July 10, raised $1,056 to support the li-brary’s efforts to provide quality programming and ma-terials to the greater Eden community. The donation was presented to Library Director Joyce Muguda on Aug. 13 during a presentation at the library. Also attending the presentation were Library Trustees Bettyann Neifer, Lin-da Meyer, Phil Muck and Marilyn Antos. “If you recall, the weather on the night of the fundraiser wasn’t perfect with the threat of a storm looming but that didn’t stop the community from coming out and support-ing the library. We had a great turnout and the event raised $1,056, an increase of more than 30 percent. Thanks to everyone who stopped by,” said Legislator Mills. “We are very appreciative of the sincere support Mr. Mills gives to the libraries in his district,” said Library Di-rector Muguda, who said the funds would be used toward the purchase of shelving to display the library’s collection of CDs and DVDs. Legislator Mills’ Hot Dog Roast Fundraisers have raised nearly $40,000 for the libraries in his district. He purchases the supplies and donates 100 percent of the proceeds. For information on the Hot Dog Roast Fundraisers, or to speak with Legislator Mills, please contact his Legisla-tive Office at 858-8850 or email [email protected].
