Request access to our Facebook group at “Friends of the Oaks.” Any resident having an issue or problem that they would like to discuss with managers, please call the office at 813-986-3651 and set up an appointment on a Tuesday or Wednesday between the hours of 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Residents not picking up their dog waste will be fined $50.00 per incident that will be added to your rent statement. Our maintenance crew will be on the lookout for this violation and will be issuing citations for any

person who is violating. Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up your dog’s waste. Be a good neighbor.

All animals must have current vaccinations on file in the office. Be sure to get permission from the office before you get a pet because there are certain breeds that

we cannot allow in our parks due to insurance coverage.

PATRICK’S DAY IS SATURDAY, MARCH 17 Saint Patrick is the patron saint and national apostle of Ireland. St Patrick is credited with bringing Christianity to Ireland. The Shamrock is the National Flower of Ireland because St. Patrick used it to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagans.

CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE

Prep Time: 15 min. – Cook Time: 9 hrs. –. Ingredients 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into

matchstick pieces 10 baby red potatoes, quartered 1 onion, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces 4 cups water 1 (4 pound) corned beef brisket with spice

packet 6 ounces beer 1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped Directions 1. Place the carrots, potatoes, and onion into

the bottom of the slow cooker, pour in the water, and place the brisket on the top of the vegetables. Pour the beer over the brisket. Sprinkle on the spices from the packet, cover, and set the slow cooker on high

2. Cook the brisket for about 8 hours. An hour before serving, stir in the cabbage and cook for 1 more hour
