Ref. BY-LAWS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DARWIN PART IV - SECTION 24. LUDMILLA DUMP. Notice is given that the LUDMILLA garbage dump will be closed during the current wet season and until further notice by the Corporation. LEANYER DUMP All garbage should be taken to Leanyer Dump which is situate on the left hand side of McMillans Road when proceeding towards Berrlmah. Leanyer Dump ls ava!lable to the public dally from ~.20 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. including weekends. All classes of garbage may be dumped. Residents with HOUSTHOLD garbage, garden cuttings, etc., may dump free of charge. BUSINESS premises regularly dumping industrial waste etc., will be required to enter into a contractual arrangement with the Corporation and pay a charge assessed by the Corporation. GARBAGE MUST BE DUMPEJD WHERE DIRECTED by the dump attendant. It Is an offence to .fail to comply with directions with respect to the place or manner which litter ls to be deposited on a dump. It is also an ot!ence to loiter upon any dump or to remove Utter from & dump without tile written permission of the Corporation.
