Scheduling Service appointments are required and should be scheduled as far in advance as possible. Our schedule fills quickly, especially for appointments throughout the summer.

Our customer support team can provide labor costs and an estimate for replacement parts* based on information you provide and past service histories from our system. Exact costs will not be deter-mined until our trained technicians personally examine your bells. Budget for labor, parts, and shipping. *Some replacement parts are included with Handbell Labor Costs- please inquire for details.

Shipping We ask that you ship your handbells* to arrive at our facility about one week prior to your scheduled service date. All handbell maintenance will be performed based on scheduled dates. Late arrivals will be completed as soon as possible.

Upon completion, we will ship your bells back to you according to information given during the scheduling process. If you choose instead to pick up your handbells at our facility, we will notify you when they are ready.*When shipping items, please be sure your package meets the requirements of your desired carrier. We do not pro-vide shipping materials.

Servicing Work on your handbells is performed at the highest level by our trained technicians in our secure facility, allowing us to make sure your handbells are given the attention and care that you expect and deserve. Most sets of bells can be serviced in 7-10 days.

The workmanship of our service carries a warranty for one year. If you have any concerns, we will be more than happy to work with you to satisfy your needs.
