The Singapore Zoological Gardens

Do you love animals? If you do, then you must come to the Singapore Zoological Gardens. Many visitors think it’s one of the best zoos in the world.

In this beautiful garden, you can see all kinds of animals. Many of them live in open areas like animals in the wild. If you go on the Night Safari, you can even see how animals live at night.

There are also exciting animal shows that you can watch. You will enjoy seeing elephants, snakes, sea lions, tigers and cheetahs doing tricks for many happy visitors. If you like, you can even ride an elephant or a pony!

During feeding times, you can watch the zookeepers feed the animals. Sometimes they might even allow you to help feed the animals. Wouldn’t that be fun? People who live in big cities do not have many chances to see animals close up or feel and touch them. However, in Animal Land, you are allowed to touch farm animals. You canstroke a sheep, pat a cow or feed the chickens and ducks. Wow, what a treat!
