What is an Interactive Science Notebook?
ISN… is your own personalized journal of learning about science
A portfolio of your work all in one convenient location
A great ORGANIZATIONAL TOOL that gives you permission to be PLAYFUL AND CREATIVE in your responses without "messing up" your notes.
The notebook is divided into two sides: Left-side and Right-Side
LEFT-SIDE= OUTPUTSTUDENT GENERATED RIGHT-SIDE=INPUT
TEACHER GENERATED The left side belongs to you
and should be colorful All pages should be
numbered (odd’s only) What you do on the left-side
should relate to the right side and should be COLORFUL
Examples include Concept maps Charts, graphs, tables Lab analysis & conclusion Diagrams/pictures Foldables

All pages should have date, title and number (even # only on right side)
